With our continued growth, we are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our team in the Little Canada, MN area.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the warehouse remains cleaned, organized and inventory is tracked and organized.

The Role
Maintain warehouse, ensuring it remains cleaned and organized
Track and maintain inventory for all equipment & parts, keeping items locked and organized
Place orders and manage intake of deliveries, stocking shelves
Issue/return equipment to Technician’s on a daily and weekly basis
Complete a daily reconciliation of technician equipment levels
Participate in company vehicle management: clean and detail vehicles, deliver vehicles requiring repair to the repair shop
Assign uniforms, tools, and safety gear to all technicians; ensuring invoices are signed
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
1+ years broadband, telecommunications, warehouse, or related experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen).
Ability to operate a bobcat loader, pallet jack, and certified forklift operator preferred.
Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
Ability to work independently.
Strong desire to grow and develop team members.
Ability to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time.
Ability to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and tools.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs.
